Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that uses individualized treatment plans based on standardized assessments and developmental milestones. Our clinicians focus on reducing challenging behaviors and teaching new skills to promote desired behaviors. ABA is the most effective treatment for individuals with Autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental delays, with increasing evidence showing its broad benefits. Through ABA, clients develop skills in areas such as independent living, communication, self-care, and behavior  management. Each client begins with a comprehensive behavioral assessment, which guides the creation of a tailored intervention plan. 

Therapists work with children in various settings—homes, schools, and communities— delivering intensive, personalized care under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We prioritize high levels of supervision, ongoing staff training, and professional development to ensure the highest quality of service. Our programs target key areas  including reducing challenging behaviors, enhancing socialization, improving communication, building independent living skills, and promoting community integration. The goal is to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting progress across all aspects of their lives.
